Course Training
Shoden - Level I
Shoden in Japanese means "First or Beginning Teachings". In these first teachings, you will learn techniques such as breathing and meditation practices, precepts, reiju and hands on healing you can practice daily to heal yourself, family and friends.

Okuden - Level II
Okuden in Japanese means "Inner or Hidden Teachings". In this course, you will learn a deeper connection to Mikao Usui's teachings. This level will also teach you how to connect your energy to the "three diamonds" utilizing Japanese principles such as shirushi (symbols) and jumon (mantras). The completion of this level allows you to become a professional Reiki practioner if you wish.

Shinpiden in Japanese means "Mystery Teachings". This is the final course for Okuden Reiki II practitioners which will provide additional teachings to support their Reiki practice and also provide the opportunity to teach Reiki to others if they wish.
